We really appreciate your support and patience and can’t thank you enough. We are sure you will enjoy using the Intelligent Security Camera Covers!
We expect all preorders to be fulfilled by the end of November.
The units for Switzerland should all be delivered within 2 weeks. 30th of October.
The units for the USA (North America) should all be delivered within 2-3 weeks. 6th of November.
The units for the European market should all be delivered within 4 weeks. 13th of November.
The units for the rest of the world should be delivered within 5-6 weeks. 27th of November.

Again, thank you very much for your support and contributions. We are very thankful for your patience and hope to have our product in your hands as soon as possible. We apologise for delays and understand your frustration.
We received units and packaging material to start fulfilment. (Pictures below)
Packaging is currently ongoing.
We made progress on the website which can now be accessed at www.intelligentsecurity.company
We are discussing with potential partners selling our product in retail stores, locations will be available on our website for those who would want to purchase ISCC in store in the future.

Dear Backers,
We thank you very much again for your contributions and continuing support.
We are working as much as possible as fast as we can. We are aware we have some concerned backers about delays. We are doing everything to solve what causes our delays. We had and have multiple issues but are resolving them as fast as possible. We had packaging and logistics issues for example and have to make adjustments. Things are looking good.
The video shows what our old packaging design looked like. We had an issue with the words in the packaging where we are missing the "of" in "peace of mind" so we fixed it and redesigned it. We are waiting or the packaging to be delivered to us and then we can start packaging soon and start shipping in the next 2 weeks to deliver to all of our backers.
We think our packaging looks good and is effective to hold our product and hope you will like it.
Our packaging will be very close to how this looks with some minor modifications on design and placement of the IS|CCs.

Hi,
If your backerkit survey isn't set up right please contact us by email and provide your Kickstarter email address. The issue happened when backerclub members were transferred to backerkit and they got listed in the 1.- or more pledge level.
