Dear Backers,
We would like to express our dearest gratitude for your support throught this campain. It has been a long and tumultuous journey, with a lot of ups and downs. Our structure, which originaly amounted to a single person, is growing internationally. None of this success could have been made possible without your ungoing support, for which we all thank you.
The number of units pre-ordered amounted to a total of 25000 units. To this day, we have shipped 10000 and an other 10000 the coming month. We have taken all the necessary actions in order for you to have the remaining 5000 by the end of May.
We have been adapting our strategies and structure continuously throughout the campaign. Our goal was not to simply provide a camera cover, but to develop a company, from nothing, and build it to something that is growing and healthy.
Our company has faced many challenges, and we made some mistakes. We have learn’t a tremendous amount from those experiences and continue to learn each day as we go. However, we would like to express our appologies to those of you who felt left out by our lack of communication.

Update on fulfilment!

Dear Backers,
We are still processing pre-orders and will ship to everybody. We are new to this experience, faced and still face challenges and made mistakes along the way which are causing delays.
We are trying to progress and finish delivering as soon as possible.
The IS|CC product required us to develop a packaging and the process we developed is slow and tedious, we are trying to change it and make it more efficient and cost effective. We did not start well and did not develop the best fulfilment structure and are still fixing things to finish delivering to everyone.
We sincerely apologise for this and sincerely value your patience and support.
Once we finish delivering we intend to send by email to all of our initial backers a discount code to redeem on a next purchase in compensation for delays.

Fulfilment & Shipping for Backers

Dear Backers,
First of all thank you again for your ongoing support. We really appreciate your support!
- We shipped out all pre-orders for Switzerland.
Still needed to be shipped.
- European pre-orders
- North American pre-orders
- The rest of the world
We were planning on getting pre-orders ready to ship and finished to be delivered to the remaining backers before the end of the year.
Because our fulfilment for packaging is going to cost too much if we don’t do it ourselves we decided to change and update our fulfilment. As you can imagine assembling the units and packaging them then placing them in envelopes to ship is meticulous work and takes time and is expensive if not planned properly.
We have therefore decided to restructure. We are hiring packagers here in Switzerland and will ship all remaining pre-orders from here in Switzerland and not the United States.
We have to therefore get the units we have in the US first shipped to us here in Switzerland, package the remaining units and we will then update you when they have shipped by region.
It will take us several weeks and we can not guarantee to have shipped everybody before New Years.
We can no longer issue refunds, we will ship to everybody who has backed us.

Shipments

Dear Backers,
We are still processing orders, all of Switzerland was shipped. Our manufacturer is working with our packaging and shipping partner Coleman, they recently restructured management in their company so they are slightly delaying our shipments.
We expect to have fulfilled 90% of preorders before the end of November.

We recently tested our product on the latest iPhone. You do not have to worry about it not fitting. Our camera cover fits on the front and back of the iPhone X.
