Dear Backers,
First off thank you for backing our project and supporting our business. We understand there is concern regarding the delivery of the pre-ordered units. We had a minimum goal of $ 7,500 and reached more than $ 200,000 in pre-sales. Due to the high demand and extreme popularity of our product we are experiencing some delays in order processing, production and fulfillment. But all is looking good and is following the right track. As promised all backers will soon receive a survey from Backerkit that needs to be finalized to enter their delivery details, package color combinations and add any additional units or parts. Please understand that there are a lot of elements that have to come in to place for us to successfully setup our business and that they may not be evident to someone who hasn't launched a successful business on a crowdfunding platform. The project started with one person and is slowly expanding into a team of qualified individuals.
